Gov. LePage’s assertion that Land for Maine’s Future is corrupt is as ridiculous as his oft-repeated claim that the public lands are for elitists.
That makes me (a clamdigger/public school teacher) and my hunting partners over the years (a lobsterman, a clam buyer and a government worker) elitists. I’m sure thousands of other hunters, snowmobilers, ATVers, fishermen, etc., don’t consider themselves elitists either.
Our governor is an embarrassment to true Mainers – and this is written by a decades-long tea partier!
