Hall Internet Marketing is doubling its Old Port office space to accommodate recent growth and 10 new hires for the 16-year-old digital marketing firm.

The company intends to move into 6,000 square feet of newly renovated space at 30 Danforth St. in Portland, effectively doubling the space of its current office at the same address. A lease signed with J.B. Brown & Sons takes effect on Nov. 1, according to a news release from Hall Internet Marketing.

“We recently signed several large national clients and launched a web marketing software division,” Tom Hall, the company’s president, said in the release. “With new opportunities come new hires and the need for additional space. When J.B. Brown proposed a new and more innovative location for us, it met with unanimous staff and board approval.”

The new clients are in the e-commerce and natural food manufacturing industries, according to a company spokesman.

The company has increased revenue while investing in new initiatives, according to the release. In response to this growth, Hall said the company plans to add 10 jobs by the end of 2016, primarily in digital marketing and Web development.

In early 2012, Hall and three other entrepreneurs launched the Casco Bay Technology Hub and its monthly gatherings for technology professionals called Pub Hubs. The nonprofit supports and fosters Maine’s technology community.

In 2014, Hall Internet Marketing received the Governor’s Award for Business Excellence.
