MANCHESTER, N.H. — Derrick Loveless hit a two-run homer in the seventh inning and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats beat the Portland Sea Dogs 2-1 on Wednesday to complete a three-game sweep.

The Sea Dogs (10-23) jumped ahead 1-0 when Tim Roberson hit an RBI single with two outs in the fourth inning. Starter Aaron Wilkerson did his part with his fourth scoreless outing in seven starts this year at Double-A. He allowed just four hits in six innings while walking three and striking out five, but his record stayed at 1-1.

Luis Ysla (1-1) took the loss. The homer he allowed was the first career Double-A hit for Loveless. Brady Dragmire (1-2) got the win for New Hampshire with two innings of relief.
