KITTERY — Reilly Eddy pitched a four-hitter with seven strikeouts and no walks Wednesday, leading Traip Academy to a 6-1 victory against Sacopee Valley in a Western Maine Conference softball game.

Eddy and Sierra O’Brien had three hits apiece, and Kiera Perez added two for Traip (6-6), which took a 3-0 first-inning lead.

Eddy and Taylor Kashmer drove in two runs apiece for the Rangers. O’Brien and Jessica MacNeill each had one.

Brynn Hink hit a double and a single for Sacopee Valley (5-7).

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 14, LAKE REGION 1: Makayla Cooper hit a three-run homer and drove in five runs, and the Raiders (8-4) scored eight times in the second to beat the Lakers (1-10) in five innings at Fryeburg.

Cooper hit a two-run double in the second, and Mackenzie Buzzell finished 3 for 4 with three RBI and three runs for Fryeburg. Julia Quinn, Nicole Bennett and Megan Fuller each added two hits.

Bennett allowed one run with no walks and six strikeouts. Alexandria Sawyer went 2 for 2 and drove in a run for Lake Region.

BONNY EAGLE 11, CHEVERUS 6: Lauryn Fagan drove home five runs and scored twice during an eight-run third inning as the Scots (6-6) opened an 11-1 lead against Cheverus (0-12) at Standish.

Fagan blasted a three-run homer, and also lined a two-run triple and scored on Breanna Lifland’s three-run homer in the third.

The Stags countered with five runs in the fourth, including Isabella Probert’s three-run double.

SANFORD 13, MCAULEY 1: Nicole Main and Molly Boissonneault homered to lead the Spartans (10-2) over the Lions (3-9) in six innings at Portland.

Boissonneault hit a solo shot in the fourth inning to give Sanford a 4-1 lead, and Main added a two-run homer as part of a five-run fifth that made it 9-1. Main had four hits, Morgan Coleman added three, and Marli Wilson and Jordan Wilson finished with two apiece.

Julia Allen of Sanford struck out four, allowing one run on seven hits. Elizabeth Kennedy hit an RBI double for McAuley in the third.

PORTLAND 2, BIDDDEFORD 0: Anna Freund twice drew throws while breaking for second base, both times allowing Morgan Boyle to score from third as the Bulldogs (6-6) beat Biddeford (9-3) at Portland.

Boyle walked and went to third on Jess Brown’s single in the first. Freund, running for Brown, broke for second, stopped and got into a rundown long enough for Boyle to score.

In the fifth, Brown walked with Boyle on third. Freund again pinch ran and broke for second. She beat the throw as Boyle scored on the front end of the double steal.

Brown, the winning pitcher, struck out eight in a five-hit shutout.

MASSABESIC 9, NOBLE 0: Sarah Howe had three hits, including a triple, drove in three runs and scored once to lead the Mustangs (8-4) past the Knights (6-6) at Waterboro.

Grace Tutt added two singles, three runs and an RBI, and Morgan Houk hit a pair of singles and scored once.

Sarah Guimond struck out six and walked one in a six-hitter for Massabesic.

Kayla Lessard hit two singles for Noble.

WESTBROOK 13, SOUTH PORTLAND 7: Morgan Rice went 4 for 4 with five RBI to pace a 14-hit offense for the Blue Blazes (2-10) against the Red Riots (2-10) at Westbrook.

Cam LaPierre added three hits, including a triple, and drove in two runs for Westbrook, which totaled seven runs in the fifth and sixth innings.

Taylor Bacheldor and Amanda Gleason each hit two singles and drove in two runs.

YORK 3, FALMOUTH 1: Stephanie Rundlett struck out 15 and had a no-hitter through six innings, finishing with a one-hitter and three walks as the Wildcats (11-1) defeated the Yachtsmen (5-7) at Falmouth.

The Wildcats scored in the first on a double steal, in the second on a wild pitch and Julia Harrod drove home Maeve Campbell with a single in the fourth.

Shannon Birks of Falmouth was hit by a pitch in the sixth, then stole two bases and scored on a wild pitch.

MONMOUTH ACADEMY 12, WISCASSET 0: Emily Chasse pitched a three-hit shutout for the Mustangs (5-7) against Wiscasset (1-11) at Monmouth.

Hannah Anderson and Mikayla Cameron had two-run doubles.

WELLS 12, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 0: Karissa Kenyon struck out 15 in a two-hitter and also collected a pair of hits for the Warriors (7-5) against the Seagulls (0-12) in a five-inning game at Wells.

Casi Hay went 3 for 3 with a double and four RBI, and Olivia Durfee added three hits, including a double and three RBI.

MESSALONSKEE 10, HAMPDEN ACADEMY 0: The Eagles (11-0-1) got seven runs in the seventh inning and beat the Broncos (5-7) at Hampden.

WINDHAM 14, DEERING 0: Mya Mannette and Taylor Colangelo collected three goals and one assist apiece for the Eagles (7-1) against the Rams (4-4) at Portland.

Holly Spencer added two goals and three assists, and Grace Sawyer made eight saves for the shutout.

MESSALONSKEE 15, MT. ARARAT 2: Lydia Dexter scored four goals as Messalonskee (7-1) defeated Mt. Ararat (3-5) at Oakland.

Natalie St. Pierre and Ally Turner added three goals each for Messalonskee, Lauren Pickett notched two and Emily Hogan, India Languet and RaeAnn DeRaps also scored. Emily Welch and Erin Tome answered for Mt. Ararat.

GARDINER 9, OCEANSIDE 4: Nickyia Lovely scored four goals to lead the Tigers (5-5) past Oceanside (3-4) at Rockland.

Maddy Beaulieu added two goals for Gardiner, and Madelin Walker, Hailee Lovely and Bryce Smith had one each. Kaylin Mansir made 13 saves.

Jillian Brooks scored twice for Oceanside. Elise Laslavic stopped 13 shots.
