YARMOUTH — Jack Snyder drove in the go-ahead run with a ground-rule double during a six-run sixth inning Tuesday as Yarmouth rallied past Cape Elizabeth for an 11-6 victory in a Western Maine Conference baseball game.

Snyder finished with three hits, including a triple, and Andrew Kinsman and Noah Pellerin each added two-run singles for the Clippers (10-5-1).

Dylan Roberts of Cape Elizabeth (11-5) had two hits, including a triple, scored twice and drove in a run.

THORNTON ACADEMY 1, MASSABESIC 0: Luke Chessie singled in a run in the fourth inning and also pitched a six-hit shutout as the Trojans (12-4) beat the Mustangs (6-10) at Saco.

Chessie drove in Ben Lambert, who reached on an error to begin the inning. Chessie allowed one walk, striking out six.

Weston Bergeron of Massabesic allowed no earned runs on three hits, striking out four.

SOUTH PORTLAND 11, WINDHAM 0: Griffin Kelley struck out three and walked one in a no-hitter as the Red Riots (14-2) downed the Eagles (5-11) in five innings at Windham.

Zach Johnson and Ben Conti had three hits apiece, and Johnson also scored three runs.

South Portland also got two hits each from Sam Troiano, Drew Abramson and Aaron Radziucz.

Troiano hit a pair of doubles, and Abramson and Johnson each hit a triple.

BIDDEFORD 7, WESTBROOK 3: Kerry Crepeau hit a two-run single in the second inning and added an RBI single during a five-run sixth as the Tigers (4-12) erased a 3-2 deficit and beat the Blue Blazes (2-14) at Westbrook.

D.J. Henrikson hit an RBI double and scored on a single by Derek Higgins during a three-run second that gave Westbrook a 3-2 lead.

Jason Vadnais of Biddeford gave up two earned runs with five strikeouts and one walk in a four-hitter.

Crepeau, Colin Lavigne and Curtis Petit finished with three hits apiece for the Tigers.

CHEVERUS 3, GORHAM 1: Alex Jacobs singled in a run as part of a three-run first inning for the Stags (10-6), who held off the Rams (10-6) at Portland.

After Cheverus loaded the bases in the first, Tre Fletcher hit an RBI single and Logan McCarthy added a sacrifice fly before Jacobs drove in the final run of the inning. Gorham scored in the seventh on a groundout by Gerek Brown that scored Trent Bassingthwaite.

Jacobs picked up the win, scattering 10 hits and striking out five in six innings. Sam Kilborn of Gorham allowed three runs on six hits and two walks, striking out two. Cameron Smith led Gorham with three hits.

DEERING 8, SANFORD 5: Pat Viola hit a two-run single to break a 5-5 tie in the eighth inning and lift the Rams (9-7) over the Spartans (2-14) at Sanford.

Sanford trailed 5-3 going into the bottom of the seventh but tied the game on back-to-back RBI singles by Brad Bouchard and James Roche.

Viola, Spencer Todd and James Sinclair finished with two hits apiece for Deering.

Sanford got two hits each from Xavier Chase and Bouchard.

WATERVILLE 8, OCEANSIDE 6: Andrew Roderigue and Dalton Wood hit RBI singles as part of a seven-run third inning as the Panthers (11-5) overcame a 6-0 deficit to beat the Mariners (12-4) at Waterville.

Oceanside scored six runs in the top of the third, including two-run doubles by Jack Freeman and Thomas Curtis. Waterville took advantage of three errors in the bottom of the inning, and Chay Phelps and Cody Pellerin each drove in a run to give the Panthers a 7-6 lead.

Waterville added another run in the sixth on a single by Justin Wentworth, scoring Roderigue, who led off with a double.

Wood picked up the victory, pitching 4 1/3 innings of shutout relief.

MARANACOOK 6, MEDOMAK VALLEY 2: Pitcher Avery Beckwith turned in a strong performance and Maranacook (10-6) stopped Medomak Valley (5-11) at Readfield.

Beckwith kept the Panthers scoreless in his four innings.

Mark Buzzell had two hits for Maranacook; Jackson Vail finished with three for Medomak.

MESSALONSKEE 4, CONY 1: Josh Joy pitched a four-hitter as the Eagles (9-7) defeated Cony (6-10) at Augusta.

MASSABESIC 11, PORTLAND 4: Ethan Ouellette scored four goals, and Cam Roy added a goal and three assists to lead the Mustangs (5-7) past the Bulldogs (4-8) at Portland.

Kevin Nguyen and Bailey Chretien chipped in two goals apiece for Massabesic.

Aaron Hoekstra finished with 16 saves for Portland.

YARMOUTH 13, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 4: Will Jacobs had five goals and four assists to lead the Clippers (8-4) over the visiting Panthers (3-9) at Yarmouth.

Matt Beatty added three goals and six assists for the Clippers. Trevor Lachance, Jeremy Thelven, Ryan Baker and Mike Adams answered, and Michael Pitts had nine saves for NYA.

BRUNSWICK 12, MARANACOOK/WINTHROP 3: Aiden Glover had four goals and two assists for the Dragons (10-2) against Maranacook/Winthrop (7-5) at Brunswick.

Josh Dorr and Max Gramins added two goals apiece, and Dorr also collected two assists for Brunswick.

Kyle Morand, Tyler Nassihow and Jack Vickerson scored for Maranacook/Winthrop.

SOUTH PORTLAND 19, BONNY EAGLE 4: Aaron Boucher had two goals and an assist to lead the Red Riots (7-5) over the Scots (3-9) at South Portland.

Mitchell Adams and Logan Doucette each added two goals for South Portland, which led 11-2 at halftime. Tanner McClure and Spencer Shields each scored twice, and Jared Leclerc had 11 saves for Bonny Eagle.

DEERING 25, NOBLE 4: Bryce Randall had eight goals and three assists to lead the Rams (7-5) over the Knights (1-11) at North Berwick.

Andrew Johnson had six goals and three assists, and Nate Richards added four goals and five assists for Deering. Nick James and Rardy Rarn each scored twice.
