NEW HIRES
Susan Pope joined Bangor Savings Bank as vice president and commercial relationship manager at its Ogunquit branch.
Pope has 15 years of banking experience. She previously served as a commercial lender for Key Bank and Kennebunk Savings Bank.

 

Mary Polito joined Albin, Randall & Bennett in Portland as an operations director.
Polito, of Portland, was previously a practice administrator at Maine Medical Partners – Maine Health Cardiology.

PROMOTIONS
Gary Bergeron, of the Breakwater Group at Morgan Stanley, was promoted to vice president, senior portfolio manager, financial adviser in the firm’s wealth management office in Portland.
Bergeron, of Yarmouth, has been with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management since 2009.

 

Betsy Sibley was promoted to vice president of marketing and business development at Community Credit Union.
Sibley, of Turner, was previously the marketing/business development director at Community Credit Union. She has been with the credit union for four years.

 

Albin, Randall & Bennett in Portland promoted four accountants:
Samantha Anderson was promoted to a senior accountant. She joined the firm as an assistant senior accountant in 2014. She lives in Saco.
Karla Brannen was promoted to a tax manager. Brannen joined the firm as a senior accountant in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior staff accountant at Dawson, Smith, Purvis & Bassett, P.A. She lives in Portland.
Ian Dumond was promoted to a senior accountant. Dumond, of Portland was a tax intern in 2012.
Amy Kronenthal was promoted to a senior accountant after recently achieving her licensing as a CPA. Prior to joining ARB, Kronenthal served as director of finance and human resources for the Migis Hotel Group in Portland. She lives in Portland.

Midcoast Federal Credit Union opened its fifth branch and new corporate headquarters at 186 Lower Main St. in Freeport.
A grand opening celebration will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 23.
