A jogger from Florida suffered life-threatening injuries in a vehicle crash in Harrison on Friday morning.

William Fuller, 34, was taken by LifeFlight helicopter to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston for treatment of traumatic injuries, according to a news release by the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Fuller was injured on Haskell Hill Road in a crash at 8:49 a.m. involving a Nissan Maxima driven by Brianna Smith, 24, of Otisfield.

A nursing supervisor at CMMC said Fuller was not listed as a patient at the hospital Friday night and she didn’t know if he had been transferred to another facility.

The cause of the crash is being investigated by the sheriff office’s reconstruction team.
