Recently, I had the honor and privilege of driving Democratic House candidate Theo Kalikow as she met with residents of Scarborough. She earned my vote that evening.
Kalikow will be the perfect antidote to the demagoguery and vitriol in Augusta. Her calm, determined character will represent our town well.
Kalikow’s lifelong commitment to students and education serves Scarborough parents and pupils well. Schools and education represent the future of our town and state.
Kalikow’s years of coalition and consensus-building in leadership positions in higher education will serve her well in bringing a truly bipartisan approach to a dysfunctional Legislature.
Kalikow supports raising the minimum wage.
