District 3 City Councilor Ed Suslovic has been a longtime supporter of public transportation in Portland. More recently, he has endorsed the idea of developing more housing, including much-needed affordable housing along Portland’s westbound arteries.
Ed has also demonstrated his determination to fend off NIMBYs and naysayers who object to residential growth. Combining transportation with new housing makes good sense. Advocating for change and new development along outer Congress Street and Brighton, Forest and Washington avenues takes courage.
Ed Suslovic deserves another term on the Portland City Council.
