Donald Trump wants to take away the citizenship of flag-burners? Really?
We didn’t even take away the citizenship of Ku Klux Klansmen who burned crosses and hanged innocent black people in trees in the South. But the Klan is still around, and David Duke’s hate speech is still protected by the First Amendment, as are the protests of flag-burners, who are merely expressing an opinion, not advocating violence against anyone.
I’m sending the president-elect a copy of the Constitution in case he doesn’t have one.
