The Lisbon Police Department said fire, police and emergency medical personnel were called Tuesday night to a home on Main Street for a report of a man on fire.
Sgt. Ryan McGee said emergency responders found a 37-year-old man with second-degree burns to his body at 706 Lisbon St.
The crews rendered aid to the man, who was transported by ambulance to Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston. His identity is not being released.
The state Fire Marshal’s Office was notified and is investigating the incident, which was reported at 7:08 p.m.
