FALMOUTH — Olivia Stucker fired home a low shot with less than a second left in overtime to give Falmouth a 9-8 win over Cape Elizabeth in a Class B lacrosse game Monday night.

The goal was Stucker’s second of the game. Sydney Bell led Falmouth (5-0) with four goals and an assist. Caitlyn Camelio added a goal and an assist, and Devon Sarazin and Amelia Waite also scored.

Susie Graham and Emily Healy each tallied three goals for the Capers (3-3), and Hannah Bosworth had two.

THORNTON ACADEMY 16, BONNY EAGLE 5: Catherine Henaire scored five goals as the Trojans (4-2) downed the Scots (2-3) in Saco.

Kaley Rumery scored twice for Bonny Eagle.

SOUTH PORTLAND 18, SANFORD 6: Jena Leckie scored seven goals to lead the Red Riots (2-4) over the Spartans (2-4) in South Portland.

Kaya Backman recorded four goals, and Kayla Brown added a goal and four assists.

Eva Belanger led Sanford with three goals.

KENNEBUNK 15, LAKE REGION 7: Gabby Fogg scored four goals and Erin Gorton had three goals and three assists as the Rams (3-1) downed the Lakers (2-1) in Kennebunk.

Hallie Schwartzman and Briannagh Beaudette each added three goals.

Lauren Jakobs scored four goals for Lake Region.

NYA 14, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 8: Zelda Clegg netted five goals and assisted on a sixth while leading the Panthers (2-4) to a victory against the Raiders (0-5) in Fryeburg.

Bella MacMahon and Charlotte Collins each chipped in with three goals and an assist, and Kiersten Marr had two goals and two assists.

Bridget Tweedie paced Fryeburg with five goals.

BOOTHBAY 11, LINCOLN ACADEMY 1: Sydney Meader scored five goals and Kate Friant had two goals and three assists to lead the Seahawks (4-1) over the Eagles (1-4) in Boothbay Harbor.

MESSALONSKEE 15, BRUNSWICK 3: Ally Turner scored seven goals and Lauren Pickett added four as the Eagles (5-0) rolled past the Dragons (3-2) in Brunswick.

Dina Murphy had two goals for the Dragons.

OCEANSIDE 11, GARDINER 6: Jillian Brooks scored three goals to lead a balanced attack for the Mariners (2-2) against the Tigers (1-2) in Thomaston.

SOFTBALL

PORTLAND 5, NOBLE 3: Annie Twombly’s RBI single and Morgan Boyle’s sacrifice fly highlighted a three-run rally in the sixth inning as the Bulldogs (7-1) beat the Knights (6-2) in North Berwick.

Noble erased a 2-1 deficit in the bottom of the fifth when Raegan Kelly lined a home run and Jordan Boucher hit an RBI double.

Jessica Brown went the distance for the Bulldogs, allowing nine hits while striking out 15 and walking none.

Kelly struck out 12 and gave up six hits and four walks.

YARMOUTH 4, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 3: Sophia McGrath hit a pair of two-run homers to lead the Clippers (5-1) over the Patriots (3-3) in Yarmouth.

Gray-New Gloucester took a 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning on two errors. McGrath hit a two-run homer to tie it in the bottom of the inning and connected again in the fifth.

The Patriots got a run in the seventh on an error, but the potential tying run was thrown out at the plate after a wild pitch with two outs.

BIDDEFORD 7, SANFORD 6: Alex Chase singled home the tying run and Taylor Wildes scored the go-ahead run on a misplayed fly ball in the sixth inning as the Tigers (2-5) rallied past the Spartans (0-6) in Biddeford.

Sanford led 6-1 through four innings.

CAPE ELIZABETH 9, LAKE REGION 6: Jess Robicheaw belted a grand slam and pitched a five-hitter to lead the Capers (3-4) past Lake Region (0-6) in Cape Elizabeth.

The Capers, trailing 4-0, took the lead with a five-run fourth inning, keyed by Katie Bozek’s two-run single. Cape Elizabeth widened the lead to 9-4 on Robicheaw’s grand slam in the fifth.

Kaylyn Lorrain had two of the Lakers’ five hits, including a two-run homer.

THORNTON ACADEMY 9, SOUTH PORTLAND 3: Olivia Howe went 4 for 4 and Kaya O’Connor drove in three runs as the Trojans (5-2) downed the Red Riots (1-7) in South Portland.

Kaylee Whitten had three hits for South Portland, while Grace Rende hit a triple and a single.

WINDHAM 21, DEERING 0: Danielle Tardiff had four hits and pitched the Eagles (7-0) to a five-inning victory over the Rams (1-4) in Portland.

Chloe Wilcox led Windham with five hits, including a double and a two-run homer.

GREELY 2, POLAND 1: Moira Train and Maddie Rawnsley both had RBI doubles as the Rangers (3-4) scored twice in the bottom of the seventh to beat Poland (4-4) in Cumberland.

WELLS 9, YORK 0: Karissa Kenyon and Anya Chase teamed up to pitch a one-hitter for the Warriors (7-0) against the Wildcats (1-4) in Wells.

Sarah Ring drove in three runs with a single and a double.

TRAIP ACADEMY SWEEPS OLD ORCHARD BEACH: Reilly Eddy hit a pair of doubles and struck out 16 as Traip (4-4) won 6-5 in the first game of a doubleheader against the Seagulls (1-4) in Kittery,

Cala McEllin hit a double and a triple as Traip won the second game, 10-8.

SACOPEE VALLEY 21, ST. DOMINIC 2: The Hawks (4-2) sent 16 batters to the plate in the first inning and scored 11 runs as they cruised past the Saints (0-4) in five innings at Auburn.

Grace Sanborn was 4 for 4 with two RBI. Isabelle Eldridge and Brynn Hink each added a pair of hits and drove in three runs.

CARRABEC 38, BOOTHBAY 1: Sam LeBeau and Bailey Dunphy each had a triple, two singles and five RBI to lead the Cobras (2-4) to a five-inning win over the Seahawks (0-4) in North Anson.
