OTT Communications hired David Allen as the senior director of telecom operations.
Allen previously worked for GWI where he served as vice president of technology for nine years.

 

Springborn Staffing of Portland hired Brian Bakke as director of business development.
Bakke brings more than 15 years of experience in sales.

Andrew Sheffield was hired as director of brewing operations at Baxter Brewing Co.
Sheffield brings more than a decade of experience making wine and beer. He previously served on the senior brewing team at New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Sweetser announced that James Martin joined the organization as vice president of programs.
Martin most recently served as the director of child and family services at the Maine Department of Health and Human Services. He is a 2017 Fellow within the John T. Gorman Fellowship Program.

Rinck recently moved its headquarters to downtown Lewiston and hired two account executives and an administrative professional.
Brock Naylor, Andrea LaBonte and Carolyn Kennison have joined the Lewiston office.
Naylor was most recently a marketing and creative media coordinator at Thomas P. Miller & Associates in Indianapolis.
LaBonte worked as the marketing communications coordinator at Johnny’s Selected Seeds and held a number of positions at Geiger Bros. that culminated in her role as a business development manager.
Kennison comes to Rinck from Bates College, where she was an administrative assistant in the office of accessible education/student affairs and held previous positions as office manager and as an educator for childhood and family development and support.

Shannon Dobbins joined Diversified Communications as a registration coordinator.
Dobbins was previously employed by Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Westbrook.

Black Funeral Homes & Cremation Service hired Candis Lawrance as a licensed practitioner of funeral service.
Lawrance, of Sanford, recently passed her national board and state board exams. She has worked with Black Funeral Homes as a practitioner trainee for the past three years.
