Maine State Police divers and cadaver-detecting dogs continued their search Thursday for a missing Portland man along the Presumpscot River in Westbrook.

Sebastian H. Kelley, 30, was last seen on Gilman Street in Portland on June 17.

Divers and dogs from the Maine Warden Service searched the area near Ash Street, state police said.

Kelley is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.

He has brown eyes, black hair but is partially balding, and could have a beard and mustache. He has tattoos on his right wrist and forearm, and a tattoo on the left side of his neck of the words “Willow Grace.”

It is the second time in five days divers have searched the river. Their first effort was Saturday.

The nine-member dive team spent three hours in the water, but found nothing.
