Old Orchard Beach police say there were no serious injuries after a motorcycle collided with a sport utility vehicle on Ocean Park Road on Tuesday afternoon.
Sgt. Gerard Hamilton said the collision occurred around 2 p.m. near Ocean Park Road’s intersection with Smithwheel Road.
Hamilton said the roadway had to be shut down for a brief period while officers tried to reconstruct the cause of the crash, which remains under investigation.
The names of the motorcyclist and driver were not available.
