YORK — Quenton Convery scored with five minutes remaining Tuesday to give York a 1-0 victory against Waynflete in a Western Maine Conference boys’ soccer regular-season finale.

James Peter assisted on the goal for the Wildcats (12-2), which came from a scrum in front and was enough to defeat the Flyers (9-3-2).

GREELY 1, GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0: Quinn Malloy scored in the second overtime as the Rangers (8-5-1) defeated the Patriots (4-9-1) at Gray.

Brandon George made four saves for the shutout. Brannon Gilbert stopped nine shots for Gray-New Gloucester.

PINE TREE ACADEMY 9, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 1: Jahiesh Stewart scored four goals as the Breakers (12-1-1) downed the Lions (4-9-1) at Freeport.

Chris Amisi and Aidan Smestad each scored twice for Pine Tree, which led 4-1 at halftime. Josiah Eaton added a goal. Mason Jones scored from Caulin Patterson for Greater Portland Christian.

FALMOUTH 3, MASSABESIC 0: Nate Arrants scored 8:02 into the game off a rebound and the Yachtsmen (11-2) totaled all of their goals in the first half to beat the Mustangs (3-11) at Falmouth.

Ben Wuesthoff extended the lead to 2-0 after 28 minutes from Sam Winkeler. Josh LeFevre scored an unassisted goal less than three minutes later.

Joshua Castonguay had six saves for Falmouth.

SCARBOROUGH 5. SANFORD 0: Liam Bridgham and Wyatt Keller each scored twice as Scarborough (10-4) beat the Spartans (3-11) at Sanford.

Bridgham opened the scoring in the first half, one-timing Noah Drapeau’s cross from the right flank inside the near post. Keller upped the lead to 2-0 before the half, with Bridgham, Alex Dobecki and Keller adding second-half goals.

Morgan Pratt and Nate Taggart combined for four saves for the Red Storm. Gavin Moyer recorded eight saves for Sanford.

LAWRENCE 5, NOKOMIS 3: Izak Collins scored two goals to lead the Bulldogs (2-11-1) over Nokomis (0-14) at Fairfield.

GORHAM 5, BONNY EAGLE 0: Kyle King scored three goals to help the Rams (11-2-1) defeat the Scots (5-9) at Standish.

King scored twice in the first half, and Sam Burghardt and Nolan Brown added goals to give Gorham a 4-0 lead.

Trevor Gray and Clayton Bassingthwaite combined to make six saves for the shutout. Connor Redlon stopped 12 shots for Bonny Eagle.

YARMOUTH 7, WELLS 0: Max Coury and Adam LaBrie each recorded a goal and an assist for the Clippers (14-0), who completed a perfect regular season by holding Wells (5-8-1) without a shot on net at Yarmouth.

Tony Cleaves converted Coury’s assist 12 minutes into the game to ignite a four-goal first half. LaBrie doubled the lead six minutes later from Jack Jones. Silas Chappell and Tahj Garvey, from Labrie, added goals before the break.

Coury, Eric Loomis and Gavin Hamm added goals in the final 15 minutes. Liam Ireland and Aidan Hickey had assists.

Eric Sousa recorded 11 saves for the Warriors.
