LAWRENCE, Kan. — Svi Mykhailiuk scored 21 points, Udoka Azubuike added 20 and No. 3 Kansas cruised to a 114-71 victory against Texas Southern on Tuesday night.

Lagerald Vick, Devonte’ Graham and Marcus Garrett all finished with a double-double for Kansas. Vick posted 19 points and 10 rebounds, Graham had 17 points and 11 assists, and Garrett logged 13 points and 11 boards.

The Jayhawks shot 59 percent from the field and 60 percent from 3-point range in the first half. Their seven 3s set a school record for the most in a half.

The strong shooting carried into the second half. With just under 10 minutes left Graham gave Kansas its 17th 3 of the game – a program record.

(6) WICHITA STATE 80, MARQUETTE 66: Landry Shamet scored 19 points, Connor Frankamp added 13 and Wichita State (4-0) rode its second-half defense to defeat Marquette (2-2) at Lahaina, Hawaii.

Wichita State took control by holding sharpshooters Markus Howard and Andrew Rowsey in check long enough to build a 10-point lead.

(12) CINCINNATI 75, RICHMOND 48: Cane Broome led a balanced offense with 13 points, Jacob Evans added 12 and Cincinnati (5-0)used a dominant first half to defeat Richmond (1-3) at George Town, Cayman Islands.

Jarron Cumberland opened the scoring with 3-pointers on consecutive possessions and Evans hit another before the Spiders scored, and when Justin Jenifer hit a 3 just beyond the five-minute mark Cincinnati was up 14-4.

(14) MINNESOTA 100, ALABAMA A&M 57: Jordan Murphy had his fifth straight double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds as Minnesota (5-0) defeated Alabama A&M (0-4) at Minneapolis.

Four others scored in double figures for the Gophers. Davonte Fitzgerald had 13, Nate Mason scored 12, and Reggie Lynch and Jamir Harris each added 11.

(16) TEXAS A&M 98, PENN STATE 87: Robert Williams had 21 points and nine rebounds to lead Texas A&M (4-0) over Penn State (5-1) at New York.

Duane Wilson led the Aggies with 22 points.

(19) LOUISVILLE 84, SOUTHERN ILLINOIS 42: Reserve Jordan Nwora scored a career-high 18 points and Deng Adel had 16 points as Louisville (3-0) coasted past visiting Southern Illinois (2-1).

(23) UCLA 72, WISCONSIN 70: Aaron Holiday got a scooping layup to drop just before the final buzzer, giving UCLA (4-1) a victory over Wisconsin (3-2) at Kansas City, Missouri.

WOMEN

(15) MARYLAND 111, HOWARD 49: Stephanie Jones and Brianna Fraser scored 24 points apiece, and Blair Watson had 18, all career highs, as Maryland (3-2) coasted past Howard (0-4) at College Park, Maryland.
