I am concerned that the Portland area no longer has the civil defense siren system.
The world is on the brink of nuclear war. Global acrimony and distrust have put all earthly things closer to annihilation. A local siren system would give us 15 minutes’ warning. That is enough time to call my wife at work to say goodbye. None will survive.
