On the Move


n Rachel S. Bannister joined Patriot Insurance Co. as a personal lines marketing manager.

Bannister has more than 15 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.

n Stuart C. Williams joined Maine Bank & Trust as senior vice president and wealth management regional manager.

Williams has 25 years of experience in wealth and asset management. He was previously the managing director and office director of Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown and Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. in Boston.

n Teddy Stoecklein joined The VIA Group as a creative director. Stoecklein was most recently a creative director at BBDO in New York.


The following individuals were promoted at Kennebunk Savings Bank.

n Michelle Dow of Kennebunkport was promoted to vice president of its Lower Village banking office.

Dow has been with Kennebunk Savings Bank for six years and has 25 years of banking experience.

n Joy Symon Fall of Sanford was promoted to vice president of compensation and benefits.

Symon Fall joined the bank three years ago and was previously in senior management positions at local nonprofits.

n Robyn LeBuff was promoted to vice president of marketing. LeBuff has 30 years experience in the banking industry.

n Susan Benson of Arundel was promoted to assistant vice president of marketing.

Benson has led the bank's direct marketing and merchandising efforts for the past three years.

n Kevin Gray of Berwick was promoted to assistant vice president of its banking office in Berwick. Gray has been with Kennebunk Savings Bank since 2007.


The following individuals were recently recognized by the Maine Real Estate & Development Association at its Annual Real Estate Forecast Conference.

The awards and 2009 recipients are as follows:

TD Banknorth received the The Robert B. Patterson, Jr. Founders' Award.

n Richard A. Shinay of Scarborough, who is a lawyer at Drummond Woodsum & MacMahon, received the Volunteer of the Year Award.

n Roxane Cole of Portland, a principal in Ram Harnden Commercial Real Estate Services, received the Public Policy Award.

n Bill Shanahan and Jim Otis, both of Scarborough, received the Presidents' Award.

Shanahan is a vice president at Northern New England Housing Investment Fund in Portland. Otis is a founder the Otis Atwell CPA firm in South Portland.
