Stags enjoy a new year
Cheverus, which lost to Windham in last year’s Western Class A final, dominate a rematch, 28-0.
It was rematch of last year’s regional final, but that’s where the similarity ended. Windham, the defending Class A state champion, has 15 new starters on both offense and defense. Cheverus is a veteran team with talent at the skill positions and a strong defense, just like last year.
