Charlie Summers, the Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, has released a second television ad.
The spot builds off Summers' first ad, which was essentially designed to introduce voters to the Scarborough resident. The second ad is designed to connect with voters by talking about Summers' financial struggles and personal loss.
It's a small audience sample, but so far the Twitter reaction to the ad has been pretty positive.
