The word of the day for this music fan is WOW. At present I am listening to the debut album from the Fogcutters Big Band. Its a live recording of a star-studded show at the State Theatre that I still regret not being at last December. I mean geez, louise, take a look at the show poster and you'll see what I'm talking about.
Put a big gold star on your calendar (or set your iPhone accordingly) because the CD release show for "Big Band Syndrome Vol 1" is June 23rd at The Big Easy.
