Soggy, foggy weather got you down? Yeah me too. But don't despair good people because I've got three fantastically superb ways to turn that frown upside down.
Today is Tuesday and like every Tuesday, a bunch of new music has been released into the world today.
With a happy sigh, I present the three that are putting an extra special spin in my spurs on an otherwise dreary morning.
1. Regina Spektor "What We Saw From the Cheap Seats
2. Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros "Here"
3. Sigur Ros "Valtari"
Feel better now?
Aimsel Ponti has been obsessed with - and inspired by- music since she listened to Monkees records borrowed from the town library when she was six years old. She's a huge fan of the local music scene and interviews an act every week for "Making Noise" which runs in the Press Herald GO section. You'll also find her out and about absorbing live music like a sponge and roaming around local record shops and flea markets.
