OK People, listen up and check out this awesomeness!

The Maine Academy of Modern Music (MAMM) maineacademyofmodernmusic.org, a mile long list of local musicians, mixers, engineers, producers and the like have collaborated with local filmmakers to produce a video representing music right here in Portland. It's all in the name of celebrating Playing For Change Day, an annual event hosted by the Playing for Change Foundation (PFCF) playingforchange.org

The chosen song is the wonderfully perfect "Be In Love," by Portland's Dominic and The Lucid.

All ages are welcome to ASYLUM (121 Center St., Portland) on Saturday (September 22) for the debut of this incredible video. The party starts at 5 p.m. and the cover charge is $5. A portion of this goes to MAMM and PFCF.

Here is the official trailer/teaser for the video just to wet your whistle. youtube.com/watchI for one can't wait to see the whole thing. Hats off to everyone involved in this absolutely fantastic and inspiring endeavor.
