AG

Earlier this summer I caught a sensational show at One Longfellow Square with Maia Sharp maiasharp.com and Garrison Starr garrisonstarr.com

Tonight, the stakes are raised even higher because not only will Sharp and Starr be performing, they'll also be joined by a woman who goes by the name AG (Adrianne Gonzales). They'll be backing each other up and playing a whole mess of songs. As an added bonus, Maia is bringing her insanely talented guitarist Linda Taylor with her.

I've just gotten hip to AG and here's a few factoids about her:

1.  Member of the Los Angeles based rock band The Rescues

2. Solo album "Me After You" released in March of this year. (BTW, the title-track was co-penned by Maia Sharp)

3. Recently released as six-song EP of Beatles covers. Get this, AG's publising company ended up with the rights to the only 6 Beatles songs not owned by Sony.

There have been a billion zillion Beatles covers through the years so it takes a lot to get my attention. AG sure as heck did with this one:
