Pingree reports first quarter fundraising activity

Rep. Chellie Pingree, D-1^st, raised $87,911 during the first three months of the year, her campaign report filed Friday shows.

The Maine Democrat, who doesn’t yet have a declared opponent for 2012, had $60,856 on hand as of March 31, according to the first quarter campaign finance report. The campaign also has a debt of $54,060.

Among the contributors to Pingree was actress and Scarborough resident Glenn Close, who gave the lawmaker $300.
