Food Arts has honored chefs Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier of Arrows and MC Perkins Cove in Ogunquit with the magazine's Silver Spoon award for May 2013. The much-heralded pair, who are celebrating the 25th anniversary of Arrows this year, are embarking on a new restaurant, MC Medici Ristorante & Bar, opening this fall in the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel. From Food Arts: Learning from the seasons’ ebb and flow how to face challenge with gratitude and work/life balance, these two business-and-life partners renew their commitment to their guests year after year as they innovate authentic farm-to-table dining as few have done in the United States.Tweet
