Sunday marks the 40th anniversary of the Old Port Festival.

To mark the occasion, Gelato Fiasco is coming out with some new collaborative flavors, including one made with Duckfat's caramel sauce - which, of course, is made with duck fat.

The Duckfat flavor is called Chocolate-Covered Pretzel Duckfat Caramel Swirl, and it's made with chocolate gelato, chocolate-covered  pretzels and a heavy swirl of Duckfat's caramel sauce.

Another brand new flavor making its debut at the festival is Vacationland Ale Sorbetto featuring Gritty McDuff's beer.

Gelato Fiasco is also bringing back a couple of popular flavors: Red Velvet Cupcake, which starts with a cheesecake gelato and contains bites of East End cupcakes, and Cluster Fudge gelato, featuring candy from the Old Port Candy Co.

Finally, they'll be serving Banana Cookies and Cream gelato, which won a flavor-naming challenge during last month's Sweet Weekend in the Old Port.
