Laura Argitis, owner of the Falmouth Sea Grill, has sold the restaurant so that she can focus all of her energy on her other business, the Old Port Sea Grill in Portland.
Argitis sold the Falmouth restaurant to John Marr, who owns the building it sits in, according to a manager at Old Port Sea Grill. The duo closed the Falmouth Sea Grill in 2010 for a time so that it could undergo a major renovation. It re-opened in 2011.
The Falmouth Sea Grill will once again close on Sept. 15 to prepare for the change in ownership. It is expected to re-open shortly afterward.
