Fiore Artisan Olive Oils & Vinegars will open its third store Nov. 21 in Freeport.
The shop will be located at 58 Main St. and will be open year round, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays.
It will include a tasting room where customers can try the company's ultra premium extra virgin olive oils in flavors such as blood orange, harissa and organic Persian lime. Fiore also sells aged balsamic vinegars, sea salts and other specialty products.
Watch for my interview with Fiore founder Nancy O'Brien in Thursday's Portland Press Herald. I'll include some suggestions from a Fiore fan on how to use these delicious oils and vinegars.Tweet
