Winners of MaineToday.com's first-annual Holiday Cookie Contest will take home great prizes, most of them courtesy of King Arthur Flour. There are four chances to win:

1st Place:

Baker’s Deluxe Box and King Arthur Flour apron, $50 gift card, 5 pound bag of flour

2nd Place:

Set of 3 baking cookbooks, King Arthur Flour tote bag, $25 gift Card,  5 pound bag of flour

3rd Place:

“Cookie Companion” cookbook, $25 gift card, 5 pound bag of flour

People’s Choice Award:

$25 gift card, King Arthur Flour apron, “Standard Baking Co. Pastries” by Alison Pray and Tara Smith

Six finalists, who will be selected by Press Herald and MaineToday.com staff, will also get to attend a party at Grace Restaurant on Tuesday Dec. 10, where their cookies will be judged by local pastry chef judges Tara Smith of Standard Baking Co., Alysia Zoidis of East End Cupcakes and Ilma Lopez of Piccolo and Blue Rooster Food Co.

Winning recipes will be published in the Press Herald and on MaineToday.com.

The deadline for entries is Wednesday, Nov.. 27, so if you're planning on entering, you have just a few more days to get busy and bake!
