The uber-popular farm dinner series, Flanagan's Table, which features a different, well-known chef every month and benefits the Maine Farmland Trust, will now open reservations for several dinners in advance, according to a post on its Facebook page.

On Jan. 6 at 7 a.m., reservations will open for dinners by Masa Miyake of Miyake and Pai Men Miyake (Jan. 26); Justin Walker of Earth (Feb. 23) and Pete Sueltenfuss of Grace (March 23).

The other change is to cost. Instead of offering tiered wine pricing, as it has in the past, Flanagan's Table will now charge a flat $110 per person, including a welcome drink, wine with each course (minimum of 5 courses) and gratuity.
