Bryan Dame is leaving his position as executive chef at Boone's in Portland to take over the kitchen at Gather in Yarmouth.
Brandon Tenney, who had been executive sous chef, or chef tournant, for all of Harding Lee Smith's "Rooms" restaurants, will be taking Dame's spot at Boone's.
Smith said Tenney stepped in for Dame last fall while Dame was recovering from an injury, "and has done a great job."
"Bryan decided to take the Gather job when we learned of it becoming available," Smith said in an email. "We are excited for him."Tweet
