The Maine football team is being reminded to hydrate this week as temperatures soar across the state of Maine - including over the turf at Alfond Stadium.

Signs reading "HYDRATE" have been slapped around the locker room and players are reminded to cool themselves whenever possible.

According to weather.com the temperature in Orono will be 83 degrees at kickoff tomorrow night.

Maine will not be the only college football game playing in the heat.

Here's a look at a few key match-ups around the country:

Marshall at Ohio State, Kickoff 7:30 p.m. Temp: 85 degrees

Pittsburg at Utah, Kickoff 8:30 p.m. Temp: 73 degrees

Florida A&M at Miami, Kickoff 7:30 p.m. Temp: 83 degrees
