Memorial Day is just days away. Most of the outdoor drinking establishments are now open. Plenty of your friends have already put in their first beach day.

Isn't it high time you get yourself on a zip line this season?

Sure is, and Monkey Trunks Extreme Aerial Adventure in Saco is opening for the season Saturday, May 26. (The adventure spot will be open weekends only for now and open daily starting June 23.)

If you haven't experienced Monkey Trunks yet you've been missing out on some high-flying fun. And maybe a little bit of danger.

New this season in Saco are two mini ziplines. The park already has more than 700 feet on its longest zips. The new minis allow visiting "monkeys" to zip right off platforms instead of climbing down from them.

Adults pay $49 per visit. You'll have to call 603-367-4427 for hours.

And in case you happen to be hanging around N.H. this summer, keep in mind you can also be adventurous at Monkey Trunk's location in Weirs Beach and Chocorua.
