What's the best way to decide if a bike is right for you? Try before you buy.

Mountain bikers get the chance to do that this Saturday when a truck filled with Santa Cruz demo bikes rolls through the gate at Bradbury Mountain in Pownal.
The event is hosted by Gorham Bike and Ski and riders are encouraged to come out and try models like the Santa Cruz Blur TR (above in green), Heckler or Tallboy (below in red) out on the trails. All you have to do is bring a credit card and valid driver's license to get in the saddle of a first-come, first-served demo cycle.

Santa Cruz was founded in 1993 in and now produces 19 models in carbon fiber or aluminum. According to the Gorham Bike and Ski website, the California company loaded up the truck headed for Maine with the following models: Blur LT Carbon, Blur XC, Blur TR Carbon, Heckler (below in white), Highball Carbon, Tallboy, Tallboy Carbon, Tallboy LT Alu, Tallboy LT Carbon.
