Most moms are going to want to be pampered on Monther's Day. They'll expect to be treated to a fancy brunch, to be handed a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and to be allowed to skip the cooking and the dishwashing for a day.

But other moms may want to use their day to get some exercise.

Portland's Quest Cycle is offering an opportunity to do just that with a free Sunday ride for Mom.

Book a spot in Quest's 10 a.m. Sunday ride and you'll automatically get a second bike reserved for free. Bring a mother, daughter, wife, sister and they can saddle up and pedal.

After that you can still take Mom out for that brunch she wanted.
