The Maine Women's Ride is just three weeks away and even if you don't plan to pedal along the route through and around Freeport you can still be a part of the event.

The host Bicycle Coalition of Maine is looking for volunteers both during the ride (Sunday, June 2) and for early registration pick-up the evening before the event (Saturday, June 1).

If you want to help celebrate cycling for women and girls of all ages sign up to volunteer on the BCM website. You'll find a list of volunteer jobs that need to be done and both the riders and the BCM members will be very grateful.
