Mike Cameron has not played right field since 2005. And Ryan Kalish is slated to be in Pawtucket this season.
But ...
Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe reported Sunday that Red Sox right fielder J.D. Drew has "lingering" problems with his left hamstring.
Check out the interview with Drew by weei.com's Rob Bradford. While Drew sounded optimistic, there were a lot of buts in his sentences.

"I'm hoping it will be a non-issue, but ...
Drew, 35, is entering the final year of his contract. Kalish is the heir apparent to the job. Maybe he will get a head start in 2011. And maybe Cameron will be more than just the occasional fourth outfielder.
