Felix Doubront was shelved at the end of last season with some tightness in his elbow. Now he is being shut down again for the same thing.
Elbow problems are always concerning. The Red Sox are being careful, taking the ball out of Doubront's hand for 10 days to two weeks. Hopefully, that will be enough.
