Stolmy Pimentel started the Red Sox first exhibition game Saturday, against Boston College, and pitched two perfect innings with two strikeouts.
Josh Reddick started that game in right field and walked twice.
Shortstop Jose Iglesias got into the second game Saturday, against Northeastern, and went 2-for-3 with three RBI.
Three prospects: Iglesias, the sure thing; Reddick, who seemingly does not have a place in Boston's future; and Pimentel, the pitcher with promise, but too soon to tell if he's going to make it.
You can classify prospects many ways. In today's baseball column, we group the prospects, from the can't-miss guys to the darkhorses.
