Jed Lowrie and his .400 average remains in the Red Sox lineup, as does Josh Beckett's preferred catcher, Jason Varitek.
Here in Portland, utility player Jon Hee is in the lineup for a second straight day, this time at short. Hee is batting .417 (5-for-12).
