Dustin Pedroia, getting the green light after a Thursday check-up on his aching knee, is back in the Red Sox lineup tonight.
Chris Balcom-Miller (1-1, 2.45 ERA) makes his third start for the Sea Dogs tonight. Blake Maxwell, who has been bounced back and forth from Portland to Pawtucket, is back in the Hadlock bullpen.
Here are tonight's lineups:
