The tarp is on at Hadlock Field, but the Sea Dogs expect to play baseball tonight at 6 p.m. This is the last time Trenton and Portland face each other this season, so they will do everything possible to play - or the game will be canceled.
Alex Hassan, who was flirting with a .400 average for so long, took a dip in June. He was batting .207 this month, until Tuesday. He is 5-for-8 in hi past two games and the overall average is up to .326.
Hassan leads the Sea Dogs in average and on-base percentage (.451), and is second in OPS (.940) to Chih-Hsien Chiang's .983.

Balcom-Miller is 1-2 with a 3.31 ERA in four games, since his promotion to Portland.
