If the Red Sox are going to play well into October, they need lights-out pitching, especially from their aces. Jon Lester delivered on Tuesday in a 2-1 win: 7 IP, 8 H, 1 R, 0 BB, 9 K. He is 13-8 with a 3.88 ERA.
