Soon, it begins. The Red Sox and Rays will gather at Fenway Park today for workouts and media sessions.
And only four weeks from today is the seventh game of the World Series (my younger ones think it's bad enough that I'm going to be gone "watching baseball games" all month. But I might not be home for Halloween?!).
Then again, the Red Sox could be done by Monday.
That is how dangerous the Tampa Bay Rays are.
Pitchers Matt Moore, David Price and Alex Cobb could provide a 1-2-3 punch for a three-game sweep Friday, Saturday and Monday.
Boston is a good team for sure.
But good pitching can do wonders for an underdogs team like Tampa Bay.
