Ryne Miller pitched five shutout innings for the Sea Dogs today, allowing 3 hits, 1 walk and 1 hit batter. He struck out 1. Miller left with a 1-0 lead, but New Britain tied it in the sixth against reliever Robert Coello.
Portland's single in the fourth came on singles by Lars Anderson, Juan Apodaca and Jason Place.
