Mike Cameron is playing his second rehab game for the Sea Dogs tonight at 6. He will lead off and play in center field.

Casey Kelly is starting for the Sea Dogs.

To replace the promoted Felix Doubront, right-handed reliever Jeremy Kehrt was summoned from Salem. Kehrt, 23, has been a long reliever and spot starter. In 10 games with Salem, he pitched 34 innings, including two starts. He is 2-1 with a 3.71.

Kehrt will start on of the doubleheader games on Saturday. He was a 47th-round draft pick in 2008, out of Division II University of Southern Indiana.

The Dogs lineup: Cameron CF; Spears 2B; Chang 3B; Exposito DH; Rizzo 1B; Lin RF; Apodaca C; Iglesias SS; Chiang LF; (Kelly P)

And, thanks to boston.com, the Red Sox lineup in Philadelphia (no DH):

Scutaro SS; Pedroia 2B; Martinez C; Youkilis 1B; Drew RF; Beltre 3B; Hall LF; McDonald CF; Lackey P

I'll be back with updates.
