Felix Doubront is in St. Petersburg, ready to start for the Red Sox on Tuesday.
The Sea Dogs, who have been playing a player short most of the season, added infielder Luis Segovia from Salem, Segovia, 24, was in his third season in advanced Class A. A utility player, Segovia batted .239 in 16 games with Salem. Infielder Ryan Khoury is going to be out a few games with a strained groin muscle.
