Health and Wellness Expo, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 3, with several speakers, demonstrations and a benefit walk for The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital. The walk is 2.35 miles, or 1.57 miles for a shorter walk, and begins at 12:15 p.m. A gift bag and door prizes are also being offered. Admission is either $1 or the donation of a nonperishable food item for Good Shepherd Food-Bank. The expo is presented by the Portland Press Herald and Maine Sunday Telegram and is being held at Portland Marriott at Sable Oaks in South Portland.
